I engaged Lana’s services as I had an important job I was applying for at Woodside Energy. I had never done formal interviews before and even though I knew my trade and knew I had the skills, I wasn’t confident on how to show that at an interview. Lana ran me through a mock interview and then afterwards we debriefed all the areas where I could sell myself better or explain more clearly, or answer the question correctly (for behavioural based interview questions). She gave me amazing practical advice which I could practice and take into the interview with me. I nailed the interview, got the job, then not long after got a promotion! She has been available to me whenever I have needed to bounce things off her and her advice is always really spot on given she has worked in resources. I am thankful to Lana as now I have a great lifelong career with an excellent employer
