After 15 years of working in HR, predominantly in the resources sector for Barrick, Newmont, Fortescue Metals Group and Woodside, Lana set up her own business to meet local demand. She became aware of a gap in the local market, whereby small to medium-sized businesses required professional HR support but their operating models didn’t allow for a permanent HR position. Employees were also seeking support and advice with recruitment, and with navigating the performance management process. Beyond the Curve Consulting was born.

Lana has lived and worked in the Pilbara for more than a decade, and she understands the challenges of attracting, recruiting and retaining high quality people in regional areas. Together with her team of HR specialists, she provides up-to-date, professional service and advice to clients all over the country.
